A community that started with one mentoring conversation
What began as a personal effort to help people navigate a career transition has grown into a community supporting people at every stage of the Salesforce and technology journey.
Mentoring, community and career development in one place
Kam's Tech Talk (KTT) helps people learn, connect and grow careers in Salesforce and the wider technology space — through mentorship, honest career guidance, hands-on project support and events where the community actually meets.
From 2021 onwards
A personal initiative
KTT started as one person's attempt to help others navigate a career transition — informal mentoring conversations that turned into a repeatable programme.
Content and community
As more people asked the same questions, mentoring turned into content — YouTube videos, articles, and a community for day-to-day support.
A community effort
KTT moved from one person's project to a community effort, with volunteers helping mentor, create content and run events. The mission stayed the same.
Built for people at a turning point
Career switchers
Professionals moving into Salesforce from a different discipline entirely, who need a realistic route in.
Early careers
Young talent choosing a first direction and looking for a mentor who's actually done the job.
Returning to work
Parents and carers re-entering the workforce after time away, rebuilding confidence as much as CVs.
Kam's Tech Talk and Punjabiforce
Kam co-founded Punjabiforce, a community interest company built to empower, uplift and connect. Where KTT is the mentoring and content side, Punjabiforce carries the same mission into a wider community — Salesforce education, mentoring, career coaching and events.
One Punjab. One Force.
Founded together, run together
Punjabiforce was co-founded by Kam and Harpreet Dulai on a simple idea: when one of us rises, we all rise. It runs on volunteers, and the values underneath it are the same ones that shape everything KTT does.
Taking the story out to the room
Much of the work happens in person — talks, panels and meetups where the community gets to meet properly. It is the part that turns a mission statement into people who actually know each other.
Events run across both communities, and the audiences increasingly overlap.

Selfless service, not a sales funnel
KTT is rooted in the Sikh principle of Sewa — helping others without expecting anything in return. Mentoring and coaching are a modern expression of that value: a personal mission as much as a professional one.
Community, beyond the usual audience
That same spirit extends to mentoring for people who don't always get access to it — supporting anyone who needs a genuine, honest route into stable, meaningful work.
